Tarnish is the result of a substance response between a metal and a non-metal compound, for example, oxygen or sulfur dioxide. A slight layer of consumption frames over the metal, which defaces its sparkle.
Yes. Over time, any sterling silver jewellery piece exposed to air will tarnish.
1) Store your silver jewellery in a zip-lock plastic bag, removing as much air as possible.
2) After wearing, clean it with the anti-tarnish cloth before putting it back into zip-lock plastic.
3) Clean in warm soapy water and scrubbed with a soft tooth brush.
Within 3 working days OBROS will pack and sent the item to courier for delivery.
We are based in Singapore and all orders will be shipped from Singapore to destination country.
Yes. All delivery on loose diamonds and diamond gold jewellery will be registered article with insurance on the full value.
Shipment to Europe, Canada and United States of America will take between 8 to 14 days. As for Asia, it will fall between 7 to 10 days. During the Covid-19 situation, international shipment will take more days as strict measures were taken for safety related issues.

All parcel will be shipped via Singapore post. Tracking only applies from Singapore to designated country and we are not able to track the parcel upon reaching the designated country customs.
